Our client in Menands, NY is looking to add a Statistical Assistant to their team. This is a contract role and is anticipated to last until approximately January 2025 with the possibility of an extension. The approximate hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. The payrate is $23.00/hour.Statistical Assistant Job Responsibilities:Compiling data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel and other Statistical Analysis software.Summarizing financial data that support statistical modeling for the forecasting of monthly and annual program participant caseload and expenditures.Monitoring macroeconomic indicators such as long-term unemployment and the Consumer Price Index for informing the interpretation of program participant caseload and expenditure trends.Writing summaries of statistical analyses for research and program staff.All other duties as assignedStatistical Assistant Qualifications:Prior experience working as a statistical assistant.High school diploma or equivalent is required.
