Our OASAS program is committed to the care, recovery, and sustained wellbeing of individuals with addictions.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate OASAS program eligibility.

Provide comprehensive case review and benefits counseling.

Provide crisis intervention.

Assist with job seeking activities; resume development, job placement, mobility training,

Provide job coaching/ employment counseling.

Refer and collaborate with treatment providers and other service providers regarding consumer needs.

Work with OASAS treatment agencies within a three County area using established procedures for providing services and quality assurance.

Assist with coordinating training programs designed to meet the needs of the OASAS program participants and treatment staff.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in health, human or substance abuse services, and one-year qualifying experience preferred. Associate's degree in health or human services and two years qualifying experience required. Must have reliable transportation and a clean Valid NYS driver license. Experience working with substance abuse and recovery populations preferred.
