Resideo Utility Program Marketing Manager - Grid Services in Melville, New York

We're seeking an experienced Utility Load Management Program Marketing Manager to join our Grid Services team. In this role, you'll drive the marketing strategy for our demand response and load management solutions, helping utilities optimize their grid operations and achieve their energy efficiency goals. You'll work closely with product management, business development, and utility partners to increase adoption of our load management programs.

UTILITY PROGRAM MARKETING STRATEGY OVERVIEW:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for demand response and load management solutions

  • Create compelling messaging that resonates with utility decision-makers and program managers

  • Design marketing campaigns that drive participation in demand response and other residential energy management programs

  • Articulate Resideo's value proposition of residential load management solutions to utilities and partners

JOB DUTIES:

Create Program Marketing and Content: Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate load management program benefits; Create case studies showcasing successful utility demand response implementations; Design program enrollment and engagement campaigns for utility customers; Develop content highlighting peak load reduction and grid optimization achievements

Lead Utility Partnership Initiatives: Collaborate with utility partners to develop co-marketing programs; Work with business development to create utility program marketing toolkits; Partner with product teams to align marketing messages with utility needs; Support utility customer success stories and testimonial development

Drive Load Management Program Performance: Track and report on load management program marketing metrics; Analyze program enrollment and participation rates; Monitor utility satisfaction and program effectiveness; Identify opportunities to optimize marketing strategies based on program results

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer services marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition

  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholder projects concurrently

  • Proven background in implementing customer engagement strategies

WE VALUE:

  • Proven track record managing multiple marketing demand response or energy efficiency programs simultaneously

  • Experience with utility marketing program design and implementation

  • Deep understanding of utility load management and demand response

  • Advertising or marketing agency experience

  • Experience with virtual power plant (VPP) technologies

  • Knowledge of utility regulatory environment, utility operations, and utility incentive structures

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into program benefits

  • Proficient analytical and communication skills

  • Proficient project management skills

  • Excellence in stakeholder management

  • Data-driven decision-making skills
