Design and produce 2D and 3D rendering, conceptual site planning and graphics, schematic and preliminary design plans and graphics, design development and construction document plans and details for company’s various commercial and residential projects; conduct project research and data compilation to be used in design and construction process; prepare technical specification for bid documents together with other designers, engineers, project manager, and contraction workers; revise designs as needed based on feedbacks from client and construction managers; participate in construction administration and observation including but not limited to tracking submittals and field visits.Minimum requirements: at least bachelor’s degree in architectural design, landscape design, industrial design, any related design field with at least 36 months of work experience in the same or related occupation involving housing and landscape design.
