Plastic Press Operators -- Meadville, PA Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking Plastic Press Operators for a manufacturing company in Meadville, PA.

Position: Plastics Press Operator Shift Options: 7:00 AM -- 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM -- 7:00 AM (Rotating 36 & 48-hour weeks, including weekends) Pay: Starting at $12.00/hour with potential increases based on performance, attendance, and willingness to learn. Job Overview:

We are looking for career-minded individuals eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. As a Plastic Press Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring injection molding presses, inspecting and packaging plastic parts, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow a set rotating schedule planned a year in advance.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math and reading tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate 5--7 presses as assigned.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality per Quality Work Instructions (QWIs) and ISO standards.
• Label, package, handle, and weigh plastic products accurately.
• Operate auxiliary equipment as required and perform necessary checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols (including wearing safety glasses).
• Attend training and team meetings as directed.
• Utilize company software such as Shotscope, Email, Time and Attendance, Microsoft Word & Excel to track information and ensure compliance.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend frequently.
• Hand dexterity for repetitive motions such as assembling and inspecting parts.
