Laborer/Fabricator -- Skilled Laborers Needed

Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Laborer/Fabricator for a well-established company in Crawford County. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential!

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday -- Friday | 6:30 AM -- 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Grinding steel tubs to prepare for further processing
• Measuring and drilling precise holes in steel tubs
• Painting steel tubs using rollers and brushes
• Aligning racks and performing general table assembly
• Cutting tube steel and assembling various parts
• Performing heavy lifting and standing for long periods

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking motivated and reliable candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ideal candidates should:

• Have previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or general labor roles
• Be comfortable using hand and power tools
• Be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Have a team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and use a measuring tape and ruler
• Experience with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic power tools (drill, circular saw, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):

• Welding experience (MIG welding preferred)
• Blueprint reading
• Operation of band saw, drill press, and disk grinder
• Experience with forklift or crane operation
