Industrial Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Heavy Industrial Assembler where you will be responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. In this role, you will assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques. Your duties will also include drilling holes for wires, hoses, and small parts; operating a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts; and positioning parts and subassemblies by using blueprints or reading measurements. You will install various truck accessories, stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 35 lbs, and train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands. The role requires regular attendance, potential overtime, and the ability to work 7 days a week. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to adhere to our high-quality standards.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mc Connellsburg, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

You will be joining a weld department team of 300 employees, aiming to expand to around 400. The role can involve repetitive work on parts/lifts daily. The dress code includes jeans, steel toes, and a clean work shirt. There are 9 openings for the 3rd shift, which operates from Mon-Thurs 7pm-5am Or 7:30pm-5:30am. A $1.75 shift differential is provided for 2nd/3rd shift employees.
