Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level General Laborer to clean and prepare steel forms used for concrete projects globally. This role involves cleaning and preparing forms for painting and repair, assembling/disassembling and replacing components, and operating material handling equipment. The ideal candidate should have a good work ethic and knowledge of general tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare steel forms for painting and repair

• Assemble, disassemble, and replace components

• Move and stack parts as required

• Operate material handling equipment

• Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts

• Ensure all operational procedures are followed

Essential Skills

• Hand tool proficiency

• General tool knowledge

• Good work ethic

• Ability to perform physical labor

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Punctuality and reliability

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Construction experiences a plus

• General manufacturing exp.

• Experience with concrete

• Power tool proficiency

• Forklift operation

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
