About the role The Service Center Director is responsible for reviewing all assigned service branch work orders, working with onsite and regional teams to submit all duplicates/cancellations/corrections.  Reviewing and closing out all tech completed work orders, training and supporting the onsite team to ensure compliance and prompt response and completion.  Oversight and monitoring of past due work orders and work with onsite to move to completion.  Responsible for providing assurance on completeness and accuracy of the underlying transaction data in Yardi.  Oversight and monitoring performance of Regional Service Center Coordinator team. This is a remote position. You may be eligible for a $500 net sign on bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck What you'll be doing Review daily the open work orders across the regions. Regular check ins with onsite, regional and RVP team for progress in work order assignments and reviews. Monitor and report on closing-out out of aged work orders. Monitor timely completion of all Tech Completed work orders. Ensure open Work Orders are being completed in a timely manner. Monitor past resident open work orders for completion. Monitor and provide oversight of site work order dashboard.  Reach out to RSCC team for progress updates and work consistently to ensure work is progressing.  Report to Regional Facility Director, RVP and SVP Facility Management status of work order performance. Work with RSCC's to ensure that all team members are trained on the policy and procedures for WO compliance. Assist in rolling out new policy and procedures.  Conduct training of onsite team where required. Travel to sites to train, mentor, and on-board new RSCC and service center coordinators. Manage the quality assurance review of the work orders to ensure they have been completed correctly in Yardi.  Responsible for providing assurance on completeness and accuracy of the underlying transaction data in Yardi. Engage with Operations Director and Regional Operations Director when compliance is not in accordance with policy and work to correct issues. Report to RVP and SVP Facility Management. Review branch work orders for compliance with Work Order Management policy. Report to RVP and SVP Facility Management on any policy issues. And other duties as assigned Typical Physical Demands: Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. Who we're looking for: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience Relevant industry experience preferred Minimum of five (5) years management experience required. Data entry Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word Existing Yardi knowledge preferred. The ability to communicate and lead a team. The ability to work well with fellow employees in a team environment. The ability to plan, project ma agement and strategic organization. Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record is also required.
