Job Responsibilities

Radicle is seeking a full-time Project Engineer focused on electronics and controls automation to participate in hands-on product development and advanced prototyping efforts for a variety of client projects in the Building Technologies space and beyond. Applicants are expected to use their cross-functional technical skillset to contribute to requirements definition, component specification, CAD/CAM design, system test & evaluation, electrical controls programming and fabrication & assembly operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience with early-stage hardware systems and be comfortable working collaboratively to iterate on physical assemblies. This role may involve the operation, programming and troubleshooting of advanced CNC equipment. This is an exciting growth opportunity for an aspirational individual with the ability to learn quickly.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited college is preferred; other degrees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Experience: Candidate is expected to have approximately 4-7 years of industry experience.

Prior experience in product development, or electrical controls system design is desired.

Demonstrated proficiency in operating and troubleshooting advanced fabrication equipment is desired.

Ability to work well in a small team environment with minimal supervision.
