Aston Carter Contract Advisor in Malvern, Pennsylvania

My Client, a prominent investment management company, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Advisor to join their team. As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing third-party supplier legal drafting and contracting work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts across various service and contract types.

  • Sourcing Support: Ensure contracts are negotiated and executed accurately, interpret contract requirements, and educate key stakeholders on negotiation considerations.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Interprets and communicates contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures to key stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and business leaders.

Required Skills:

  • Contract review/redlining

  • Contract negotiation

  • Experience in diverse service types (e.g., Human Resources, Professional Services, Telecom, IT, Market Data)

  • Familiarity with contract types (MSA, Amendment, SOW, NDA, EULA, Hosted)

Work Site: Hybrid In-office work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, work from remotely Mondays and Fridays

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (12 months duration)
