Here's what you'd do: Report to the NAM Compliance Senior Director and will assist the Aggregate Spend Tracking and Reporting (ASTAR) Team in resolving/addressing compliance and transparency issues as well as implement and support the compliance strategies of the client. Researches, analyzes and remediates aggregate spend-relevant data as well as other compliance-related data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on the company's nancial records (Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems). Assists in creating and managing data assets, reports, or metrics to track, monitor, and audit compliance-related data used to communicate to various internal or external stakeholders. Carries out ad hoc projects supporting the NAM Compliance team as necessary, including assisting/guiding employees on various compliance topics. This position needs an experienced professional expected to contribute to and deliver compliance-related processes in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, thus contributing to team results. Monitor and audit the company's Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems. Integrity review and remediation of aggregate spend data via third-party vendor transparency reporting tools and Microsoft Ofce (particularly Excel and Access). Tracking and communicating various compliance training activities provided to company employees. Analyze and present various compliance tracking data for stakeholder review. Assists with developing and facilitating ASTAR-related training/training materials for the commercial business. Assist with ad hoc travel requirements of Compliance Officers. Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year experience with aggregate spending in healthcare. Minimum of 1-year experience in analytics, data, research, and managing data of metrics regarding spend and breakdown. Minimum of 1 year Concur experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Minimum of 1 year experience in Auditing and validation of data.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Good monitoring and auditing skills to review post-event details, conduct data validations (NPI reviews), and assist with employee follow-up as necessary. Good written, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management. Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing information and applying policies. Good results orientation-accuracy. Excellent and detailed research and analytical skills. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
