Job Description

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30PM – 12:00AM

What you will do:

As a Machine Operator II, you will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.

  • Under some supervision, operate simple to intermediate manufacturing equipment (may include CNC Machines)

  • Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate records

  • Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents

  • Read basic part prints/blueprints and understand general machine functions

  • Assist in execution of continuous improvement projects

  • Identify and report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors

  • Assist execution of continuous improvement projects

  • Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

  • Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

What you need:

  • High School or GED Preferred

  • One (1) Year Manufacturing Experience Preferred
