What you will do –

Process Loaners kits to include shipping, receiving, inspection, cleaning and perform various duties/functions within the Distribution Loaners team.

Process PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) kits to include shipping, receiving, inspection and cleaning while partnering with the PLCM team to decommission kits or rehome kits to their timeline and strategy. Collaborate with cross functional partners on inventory strategy to fulfill T&E surgeries and medical education courses.

  • Will process warehouse transfers, perform cycle counting and any other duties as needed.

  • Will partner with Medical Education team to support clinics and workshops, packing/shipping kits/materials to various locations.

  • Will partner with PLCM team to retrieve, inspect, and decommission kits to PLCM inventory strategy.

  • Will work closely with field as primary contact to recover inventory and will partner with PLCM team on inventory deals contracted through end of lifecycle strategy.

  • Partner with inventory control to deploy and rebalance kits at branches, consignment locations, and rep trunk stock.

  • Partner with field on auto-receipt of inventory.

  • Partner on implementation of ERP system (SAP) and FOS (WebOps) – in Loaner Track today

  • Collaborate with strategic accounts to coordinate the shipments of competitive inventory removed from kits to an offsite storage location.

  • Assist with local Homer Stryker labs and resetting trays.

What you need –

  • 5+ years of work experience – required

  • Logistics, supply chain, warehouse, distribution and inventory experience – preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent – required

  • Fork Lift license is preferred

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Must have the ability to work very flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs

  • Proficiency in AS/400 and Boss system preferred

  • Proficiency in Oracle and Loaner Trak preferred

  • Proficiency in JDE and WebOps preferred

  • Proficiency in SAP preferred
