Job Title : Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including document management, data entry, preparing invoices and estimates, managing phone calls and some customer interactions. Candidate needs to be organized; show willingness to learn, show high attention details and be highly reliable. This position is Mon- Fri paying $17-19 per hour.

Skill Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel , and Outlook

  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Preferred:

  • Experience with QuickBooks

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
