The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth across a range of commercial and industrial markets.This role will lead the creation of marketing campaigns, oversee digital marketing efforts, support product launches, and develop marketing tools and materials to engage both existing customers and new prospects. A key focus will be ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all platforms while using data and market research to guide strategy.In addition to managing day-to-day marketing activities, the Marketing Manager will mentor and guide a marketing specialist, fostering collaboration and professional development. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset, with proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support overall business objectives.Responsibilities:

Develop and support marketing plans and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and support product launches.

Manage and mentor marketing team members.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns.

Track record of contributing to successful marketing projects.

Strong writing skills.

Experience with social media marketing (both paid and organic).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading or mentoring others.
