The PAR Group Estimate Coordinator in Lynbrook, New York
The PAR Group has a great opportunity in our Customer Support department for an entry-level Estimate Coordinator. The right candidate should be able to type 50 wpm and be very organized and proactive. This position supports our Service and Alterations teams.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES-ESTIMATE COORDINATOR
The Estimate Coordinator will type estimates and revisions, and file all completed estimates for our various divisions. This information will also be sent to general contractors and customers via email. To stay organized, this person will create physical folders and maintain the organization of the filing cabinets. The Estimate Coordinator will also provide coverage for the reception desk and work on basic Excel spreadsheets when needed.
REQUIREMENTS -ESTIMATE COORDINATOR
High School Diploma required Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Ability to provide outstanding customer service skills with effective communication and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to display effective problem-solving techniques and have the ability to work well with others while remaining calm in a high-volume and demanding environment Great organizational/tracking skills and the ability to accomplish day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision SALARY AND BENEFITS-ESTIMATE COORDINATOR
Salary Range: $43-60k
