The Graphic Designer within Optimum's communications team will be responsible for developing materials that bring Optimum's visual brand identity to life across all company touchpoints with a focus on keeping employees informed, educated, and engaged. This includes the translation of strategic objectives into compelling visual assets that communicate Optimum's brand identity and messaging in creative and captivating ways with the goal of elevating our brand presence and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Develop creative concepts for corporate communication materials, including meeting decks and presentations, email templates, social media campaigns, internal communications, digital signage, infographics, case studies, and events, live and recorded.
- Ensure alignment with brand visuals, strategy, and narrative, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- A keen understanding of branding principles and the ability to effectively translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Establish and maintain creative and print timelines while tracking and communicating development progress with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to think strategically about design solutions taking into account objectives and audience needs.
- Experience communicating ideas and telling a story through graphics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and improved practices to stay ahead of the curve, drive innovation, and elevate our brand presence.
- Partner closely with Production team (including live events, AV, videographers, and animation) and Optimum Marketing team, who defines and owns company brand guidelines.
- 3-5 Years experience in a related role
- Portfolio of relevant work
- Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Expert proficiency with presentation software and tools (i.e., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
