Altice USA Billing Coordinator Intern in Long Island City, New York

We are looking for a creative and energetic team player to join our Customer Success team. If you enjoy billing reconciliation, problem-solving, and learning new systems, this job is for you. Experience in Programmatic advertising (like Display, Video, OTT, Social & Search) is helpful but not necessary. This will be 20 - 30 hours per week through mid-November.
You would join the Optimum Media Activation Team, inclusive of Account Management, Media Planning, Media Buying, Accounts Receivable as well as Product Development. The guiding principles driving the team are:

- Integrity and Transparency: Maintain honesty and transparency in all interactions, upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Generate reports from various data sources across Buying and Customer Success team platforms.
- Verify campaign delivery through review of campaign reporting.
- Validate campaign opportunity details to ensure reflected revenue is consistent across platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret any revenue discrepancies.
- Partner across Customer Success and Billing & Collections teams for monthly reconciliation.
- This is a hybrid role based in Long Island City, with the option to work from home multiple days a week.
- 0-2 years of experience in Billing and/or Advertising Revenue Reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Attention to detail and strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal, written skills
- Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
- Knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$20.00/ hour. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
