Responsibilities: * Prepare vehicles for painting: Perform thorough sanding, masking, and priming procedures to ensure smooth and flawless surfaces. * Inspect vehicles: Identify imperfections, scratches, or dents that require repair or attention. * Use appropriate tools: Utilize paint tools and techniques such as spray guns, paint thinner, epoxy primer, clear coat, and new paint. * Collaborate with the paint team: Ensure proper color matching and automotive paint application techniques. * Maintain a clean work environment: Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines. * Stay updated: Keep up with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to auto body repair and painting. * Communicate effectively: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure a seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Proven experience as an auto body prepper, automobile prepper, paint prepper, or in a similar role within the automotive collision repair industry. * Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
