General Help 48 hours per week, OT is required 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm; 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm; 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:00am

Work as part of a team to support manufacturing operations, with a focus on increasing productivity, reducing downtime, and minimizing waste. The role involves following directions from the operator and/or the supervisor, assisting with various tasks across the plant, and actively contributing to plant and facilities-related work. Key responsibilities include performing quality checks before, during, and after each order, inspecting machines during runs and notifying operators when parts do not meet quality standards, and assisting with equipment clean up. Must adhere to all safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and help maintain the facility and equipment according to 5S standards. The position may require lifting/stacking parts up to 30 pounds for extended periods and performing other duties as assigned to support the team and overall plant operations.

May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours. Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or GED. Ability to pass Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Test Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed Must be able to Sit, Stoop, and Bend Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to work overtime up to 12 hours per day and multiple Saturdays per year. Must have a good attendance record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred. Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel. Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance. Excellent communication skills. Thrive in a cross-functional team environment. Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines. Strong verbal communication skills.
