Job Title: Lead CNC Machinist
Job Description
Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist ready to take charge from day one. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing parts using SolidCAM, editing and programming in G-code, as well as performing setups, changeovers, tooling changes, and first part inspections on 4-5 axis milling centers. This role involves working on both custom parts and longer runs. The position will evolve into a lead role, progressing to a Machine Shop Supervisor overseeing both CNC and manual machining areas.

Work Environment
The work environment features an extremely clean and well-lit facility that is partially temperature-controlled, offering a comfortable setting. The team handles an average output of around 200 parts per day across three machines.
