This position reports to the Product Sr Manager Global Site Delivery and is based in Litiz, PA or Fort Washington PA.

Role reports to: Product Sr Manager Global Site Delivery

Location: Litiz, PA

Travel %: 5%

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery and support of local personal computing services, desk-side support, end-user and supply chain requests and related infrastructure services to North American sites.

  • Execute strategies to ensure the delivery of agreed-upon service levels.

  • Partner with the Tech & Data organization and/or vendors to provide in-catalogue services cost effectively and with high quality.

  • Responsible for IOT device strategy as part of manufacturing operations production environment

  • Responsible for MLL PC Hardware Lifecyle management, workstation hardware standards, MLL PC Backup and recovery, and L3 support

  • Local Lab Benchtop Application Support (based on site demand for the service)

  • Consult and work with on-site resources, End User Services, and Tech & Data partners to resolve local service issues.

  • Responsible for the delivery of approved infrastructure products and services at Kenvue manufacturing locations.

  • Ensure in-scope local infrastructure services are delivered per current SOPs and approved OLAs/SLAs

  • Ensure that overall site operations are in good health and in compliance with all standard operating procedures and processes (including ITSM, ISRM, TQ, and GxP Policies ) using Site Metrics, Compliance Checks and Reports.

  • Ensure local / site end user computing assets are standard and secure.

  • Understand and align to the Kenvue End User Services’ goals and objectives, recommend process improvements, and propose cost savings or cost avoidance solutions

  • Execute required tasks for local, regional and/or global projects and activities undertaken by Technical Services in support of its mission as opportunities arise.

  • Act as Kenvue Tech & Data on-site point of contact as well as incident and service request escalation contact for End User Services/Supply Chain partners and business clients as appropriate.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of relevant work experience

  • BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred.

  • Experience with Windows and Ubuntu desktop operating systems lifecycle management

  • Experience supporting complex manufacturing environments

  • Experience with automated software deployments and reporting, including patching (E2E Endpoint Management) and vendor PC hardening

  • Demonstrated experience in end user services, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX) or specialization in IT End User Support / Desktop Management Environment related area.

  • Technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft O365 and collaboration products, virtual meeting tools, audio video equipment

  • Leadership skills with drive, innovation, and strong sense of commitment and adaptive to change.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting, and listening) in English and local language.

  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, service- oriented manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and explain IT concepts to non-IT stakeholders.

  • Good team player with proven ability to partner across diverse audiences to influence decisions that improve the user experience.
