Job Description/Summary:

Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner to be productive while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Available for overtime.

• Available to train on different machinery and different lines.

• Must have mechanical aptitude.

  Responsibilities/Duties:

• Safely comply with all written and verbal safety rules of plant and department assigned to.

• Able to wear all personal protective equipment.

• Maintain good housekeeping.

• Capable of lacing-up plastic through equipment.

• Learn all future tasks of the job.

• Show continuous improvement throughout training process.

• Identifyand use standard hand tools.

• Compute basic math, such as adding, dividing, subtraction, percentages, etc.

• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16"

• Indentify all E-stops on the machine in which they are being trained on,

• Able to activate the E-stops on machine by means of pushing of pulling the E-stop.

• Relieve fellow coworkers for breaks.

• Assist fellow coworkers as needed to maintain levels of production.
