Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM (This an be flexible with different start and end times if need be)

Pay Rate: $23-$30/hour

Job Description

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to lead the maintenance program for our manufacturing plant. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of 25 machines, both newer and older models. The primary focus will be on troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining equipment in the plant. The candidate should possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, particularly in handling pneumatic systems and 3-phase 480 systems, and be proficient in PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.

• Troubleshoot and maintain all equipment in the plant.

• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and office repairs.

• Order spare parts and organize the shop.

• Drive to stores for parts and tools using a company card.

• Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve issues via phone.

• Assist production when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CNC cutting machines (American and German).

• Familiarity with the person washing machines, extruder machines, HVAC systems, ovens, polishing machines, and belt sanders.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining PM schedules using Word and Excel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
