Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring on behalf of a HVAC company based in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, providing heating and cooling services to both residential and commercial clients. Their services include furnace repair, air conditioner replacement, and maintenance plans. We are currently seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team for a 3-month contract-to-hire role. While on contract, our contractors will ONLY be working in commercial settings. This role involves a combination of installation and some service work, but it is primarily focused on installation.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in commercial buildings, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor and outdoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and effective operation.

• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including refrigerants, compressors, and other components.

• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and repairs to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Provide guidance and training to HVAC installer helpers to develop their skills.

• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with HVAC systems, maintenance, installation, and repair.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $32.00/hr.
