Nicole Chicas, Sole Proprietor Household Nanny in Leechburg, Pennsylvania

Nicole Chicas, Sole Proprietor, is seeking one (1) household nanny to work in private residence from August 15 until June 12, 2025, for a temporary full-time position. Worker will not be needed beyond June 12, 2025 and will be let go at that time. The worker will be responsible for providing daily childcare services within a private household. 2 months of childcare experience required. Childcare will be focused on small children including (1) infant. The worker must be able to independently provide childcare without parental assistance. Duties would include childcare as well as light housekeeping, laundry, and food preparation for the children. Occasional travel would be required for "vacations", and the worker would travel with pay for family vacations, unless prohibited by international travel rules/regulations. Housing may be provided to worker at a reasonable rate and will be deducted from wages. Work will be done at 113 Castana Lane, Leechburg, PA 15656 (Armstrong County) (Pittsburgh, PA MSA).  Worker will be paid $13.27 per hour regular time and will be paid $19.91 per hour for overtime if applicable. Overtime may be available. Single work week will be used for computing wages due. Employer expects weekly schedule to be M-F 7:00am -- 3:00pm. Payment shall be issued at least once every two weeks. The Employer will make all deductions from wage that are required by law, in addtition to possible deductions mentioned herein. As applicable, the employer will reimburse in the first work week all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, as mandated by the government and not exceeding the mandated reimbursements. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a minimum rate of $15.88 per day and a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
