Description We are offering an exciting part-time short-term contract opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s team in Lebanon, PA.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring precision and completeness. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date credit records for all customer accounts. Address and resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. Monitor and maintain customer accounts, including taking corrective actions as needed. Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting. Perform check runs to support financial liquidity and timely payments. Code invoices effectively to ensure proper categorization within the ledger. Complete data entry tasks relating to accounts payable with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Process invoices using a variety of tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Assist in performing additional accounts payable-related duties as assigned.
