Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging is looking for a compassionate Aging Care Manager 2 to complete our team. DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will act as one of the main Protective Service Care Manager for older adults, which involves receiving reports of need for protective services, investigating reports received, assessing the needs of protective services consumers, and developing and coordinating the implementation of service plans for protective services consumers. Protective service involves providing activities, resources, and supports to older adults to detect, prevent, reduce, or eliminate abuse, neglect, exploitation, and abandonment. After being state certified to perform protective service investigations, this Care Manager will also be taking protective service referrals after normal working hours on an on-call basis, during hours that are designated by the supervisor. You will be on call approximately every seven (7) weeks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. On call pay is $275.00 plus an additional $50 if a holiday is scheduled within the week on-call. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Six months as an Aging Care Manager 1 or a County Caseworker 1; or

Successful completion of the County Social Casework Intern program; or

Six months of professional human services or nursing experience; and a bachelor's degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, human services, or a closely related field; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
