We are seeking production teammates for our 1st Shift 7am-7pm. We are a plastic blow molding manufacturer in Latrobe, with emphasis on continuous improvement. Must be willing to work in manufacturing environment. Must have reliable transportation. Our First shift schedule is 7am-7pm operating on a 3-3-4 schedule. What this means, 1st and 2nd week we run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The 3rd week we run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. No weekends, and this schedule gives you either 3 or 4 day weekends every weekend. We offer a base rate of $16.00/hr, with a $1.00/hr perfect attendance bonus. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary. We also offer paid training. Must be able to pass a background check.
