Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, working Monday to Friday engaging in 10-hour shifts. You will be positioned in the bag assembly area, taking part in various manufacturing processes such as spinning, applying adhesive or plastisol, cutting media, wrapping, seaming, and more. Responsibilities also include performing packing and inspection of products, completing quality data and product reports, and meeting daily performance requirements. Candidates must be able to read, understand, and apply procedures related to the manufacturing of our products. Additionally, the ability to work overtime as needed and perform occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs is required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our production floor is structured into various cells dedicated to specific business units, ensuring focused and specialized assembly processes. The team in each cell consists of 3-6 production workers, with roles ranging from material handling to assembly, all under the supervision of a production manager and an assistant manager. Workers are required to wear work pants, T-shirts, and steel-toe boots or sneakers, with additional personal protective equipment provided by the company.
