Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/Hourly

Job Description

Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment. Monitors and maintains property’s tools, vehicles, equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, and coordinates purchasing within an approved budget. Manages and responds to service requests by prioritizing and organizing timely responses (within 24 hours or per property policy). Coordinates all activities associated with property turnovers, ensuring vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely and efficient manner. Manages and executes all maintenance activities of the property. Prepares staffing schedules. Recruits and hires quality staff and recommends promotions and terminations when necessary.

• Exterior repairs and landscaping activities

• Cleaning and general housekeeping

Work Environment

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with a rotating on-call schedule. The work environment involves overseeing maintenance activities at a residential property. The role will involve working both indoors and outdoors, performing various maintenance and repair tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
