Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• The BCBA will be responsible to oversee and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP)

Expectations:

• Implement data collection systems that work for you and your families
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and effectively manage and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
• The BCBA will be required to conduct the Initial Assessments and Reassessments of clients they are supervising

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: \$75.00 \$95.00 per hour
