Large furniture distributor located in the lake grove area is hiring for part time warehouse associates for their backroom team. Candidates with warehouse experience or retail background are encouraged to ! Responsibilities

• Accepting incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.

• Organizing and maintaining inventory levels, including labeling, stocking, and tracking merchandise using inventory management systems.

• Fulfilling customer orders by selecting the correct items from inventory, often using handheld scanners or pick lists to ensure accuracy.

• Safely packaging items for shipment, including proper labeling

• Experience with forklift a plus but not a requirement
