DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Real Estate Specialist, you will negotiate and acquire real estate for public use. You will also be responsible for performing real property management for Engineering District 6. In this position, you will research deed information on parcels and contacts property owners or representatives to discuss project impact on properties and review appraisal information, as well as make fair market value offers, discuss relocation and improvement options, and attempt to negotiate an amicable claim resolution.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Real Estate Technician (commonwealth title); or Two years of technical real estate experience and an associate degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Special Requirement: This position requires possession of All candidates must possess an active Class C driver's license or equivalent. Other Requirements:
