The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Project Coordinator - Digital Marketing to manage all aspects of digital projects assigned from preparing project schedules through final implementation as well as oversee modifications to existing applications that will effectively accomplish desired objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Pro-actively coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of engagements

  • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and success measures, while ensuring technical feasibility

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track, monitor, and control progress

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Successfully manage the relationship with all project stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Provide end user support for project management methodology and application

  • Participate in end user education of project management methodology an application

    Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience of digital/UX project management experience.

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of enterprise-scale project management methods, and procedures including ability to work with end users to determine design specifications, business requirements and process improvement workflows

  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) workflows and operational processes within a department or interdepartmentally

  • Working knowledge of system application implementation, enhancement and support methods

  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methods

  • Advanced computer skills and experience with project management software tools (including but not limited to: Workfront, Trello, Asana, Teamwork.com, BaseCamp), Google Docs Editor Suite, Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required
