Job duties: Provide technical leadership to drive completion of development projects. Work with business partners in a cross functional matrix to gain a clear understanding of requirements. Act as a technology and domain subject matter expert in multiple business domains and or technical areas. Recommend and implement tools associated with team based software development. Create and approve technical design documentation. Responsible for ensuring scalable design implementations that focus on code/module/component reuse and covering a larger breath of implementation needs. Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards, methodologies, and technologies. Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst or related occupation. (All levels accepted)The two (2) years of experience required must include: designing, developing & implementing new applications based on business requirements using Microsoft C#.Net or ASP .Net.; developing & deploying stored procedures in SQL Server database; Software Development Life Cycle process, Agile Methodologies, and Test Driven Development.
