Prime Restoration Services Farm Laborer in Kinderhook, New York

3 full time, temporary, seasonal positions available 03/1/2024 - 12/01/2024.

Plant, water, weed, prune, train, harvest and pack tomatoes and peppers. General farm cleanup, mowing, and maintenance of fences and small out-buildings. Feed, water, and clean crop of feeder hogs to be purchased in March, and sold in November. Hog care duties will include feeding, deworming, moving between pens, and cleaning. There are 30-50 feeder hogs that are grown and then sold as the warm season ends. Three months of experience with vegetable farming work required.

Requirement: *Three months experience (vegetable farm work) *Lifting 50 pounds *Exposure to extreme temperatures *Frequent bending or stooping, repetitive movements
