Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a part time Maintenance Worker for a client in Johnstown, PA.

• This is a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate!
• This is a part time position; approximately 20 hours per week.

• Mechanical knowledge
• Use various equipment (snow plow, lawn mower, etc.)
• Basic math skills 
• Electrical and construction
• Must have valid DL, vehicle 
• Previous maintenance experience highly desired
• Painting areas of building when needed
• Plumbing maintenance 
• High physical labor, shoveling now, salt sidewalks and parking lots
• Be able to work on ladders and maintain outside property of business
• Will be providing maintenance for three (3) buildings.
• Lawn care of property
