Financial Analyst - Drive Insights, Influence Decisions!

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations. Utilizing advanced Excel functions and Power BI, you will develop financial models, create dashboards, and perform scenario analysis to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial planning.

This role also involves maintaining general ledger integrity, reconciling financial data, and supporting month-end and quarter-end closing activities. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights on cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and operational performance. Additionally, you will assist with audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and respond to internal and external inquiries. Your analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will play a key role in driving financial success and supporting business growth.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

We are seeking an analytical problem-solver who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is self-motivated with excellent prioritization and organizational abilities. The preferred candidate will have meticulous attention to detail. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including database management, data filtering, and complex functions. Someone with Power BI and SAP ERP systems is preferred.

B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or Analytics
