JPMorgan Chase Strategic Execution Lead - Vice President in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Strategic Execution lead in our GenAI Co-pilot team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives forward, along with contributing to product strategy. You'll create and drive operating models, engage daily with all Co-pilot product and technology leads, proactively engage with key stakeholders outside of the team and act as one of the primary representatives to the firm for our GenAI technology solution. You will co-ordinate and oversee strategic initiatives throughout the lifecycle from initiation through to completion, including program planning, requirements analysis, co-ordination with Product and Technology teams for design, development and testing, managing execution and transition / go-live phases. This position will play a critical role in JPMC's entrance into operationalizing GenAI, modernizing the way we work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements from Lines of Businesses, Corporate Functions and firmwide stakeholders to support Co-pilot's GenAI efforts.

  • Develop and execute project plans, creating supporting collateral and presentation documents.

  • Lead strategic change initiatives and marketing projects in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions

  • Zoom out to plan for and speak about the larger picture, then zoom in on the details when needed.

  • Partner with Product and Technology driving influence when designing solutions and define the product roadmap and deliverables

  • Support the development of business cases for strategic programs to acquire the necessary funding to deliver the roadmap

  • Communicate and present the strategic roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Provide governance and oversight of the strategic roadmap, ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver status updates

  • Work in tandem with our Analytics partners reporting and metrics program, and then communicate progress and performance to senior executives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product development and management experience

  • Experience in strategic or transformational change, or product development

  • Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and multiple deliverables under pressure

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal leadership and influencing skills

  • Pro-active self-starter with ability to solve diverse problems

  • Advances proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in data or working close with data

  • Working experience in GenAI or a deep passion on the subject

  • Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture is a plus

  • MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program
