JPMorgan Chase Product Portfolio Operations Associate, Digital Operations Insights in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate in the Digital Operations Insights Team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of processes to ensure synergies across the broader product ecosystem. You will also work closely with the Product Portfolio Operations team and assist with planning, executing, and analyzing product-related projects.
Job responsibilities
Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Drives meaningful change using operations insights across dimensions such as voice of the customer and product efficiencies
Performs analysis techniques such as call listening, complaint analysis and customer journey mapping to identify product and servicing opportunities
Presents findings and recommendations using data visualization and storyboarding tools
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
Proven ability to support the implementation of operational effectiveness initiatives
Prior experience using techniques and tools in relation to data analytics
Prior experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups, etc.) & PowerPoint
Prior experience in service design, product management, marketing or consulting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Self motivated with creative, continuous improvement mindset
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Obsessed with customer service / experience
Storyboarding and presentation skills
Novice experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Comfort in navigating ambiguity
