As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Channels and Connectivity Solutions within Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Our J.P. Morgan Access® suite of digital channels and connectivity solutions provides cash management services via online, mobile, file transmission, APIs and integrations. We cater to a wide range of clients, including Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking, and Wealth Management segments. Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Manages overall governance process to ensure consistent and timely data delivery

  • Develops approach to federate and simplify data distribution for various internal reporting use cases such as client targeting, usage and key business drivers

  • Tests the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques

  • Performs advanced analytics to optimize customer experiences, improve revenue generation, uncover data insights and drive other business outcomes

  • Works with large, complex data sets and solves difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed

  • Prototypes machine learning algorithms iteratively with the goal of providing insights at scale

  • Develops visualizations to make complex analyses accessible to a broad audience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Extensive knowledge of data management, technical design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across various teams and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder at all levels

  • A track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership, embracing ambiguity and navigating through change

  • Proven ability to write SQL optimizing to handle extremely large data sets

  • Confidence in writing Python and using data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch)

  • Practical experience gathering requirements, designing, deploying, and maintaining Tableau dashboards

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Confidence in using machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, causal inference, and natural language processing)

  • Practical experience using Snowflake to query and distribute data

  • Experience presenting analytics based solutions and products to a senior non-technical audience
