As a member of the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance (GACC) team, you will support the operation, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of a consistent global compliance framework focused on managing compliance with global anti-corruption laws. The role will serve as a key member of the GACC team with responsibility for supporting and/or managing large data analytics projects, firmwide risk assessments including engagement with global stakeholders, and the team's ongoing governance and oversight responsibilities. The role will also support the Global Antitrust Compliance program, assisting with document governance, legal and regulatory change management and metrics reporting. The role will be based in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution for GACC of the firmwide Compliance Risk Assessment leveraging legal obligations, CORE data, external events and the team's general knowledge of corruption risks across the firm.

  • Provide critical and analytical analysis of available data points to assist in developing and monitoring metrics to help effectively manage corruption risk.

  • Act as a main contact for the Office of Legal Obligations, providing oversight of regulatory change management requests, ensuring consistent mapping of legal obligations to GACC's policies and to the Bribery & Corruption and Political Contributions Compliance Groups.

  • Act as main point of contact for the firmwide Metrics Management team, develop and monitor metrics and prepare periodic metrics reports.

  • Oversee GACC's document governance, including coordinating with key stakeholders to maintain and update all GACC policies, standards and procedures. Participate in Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) firmwide document governance working group to remain up to date on document requirements and best practices.

  • Lead and oversee GACC's training and awareness program, including the development and execution of GACC's Enhanced Awareness Plan, conducting ad hoc trainings for LOBs, updating firmwide bi-annual employee training, executing monthly training for Anti-Corruption Compliance Officers and assist with dissemination of bulletins.

  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding of Anti-Corruption Compliance Officers, including managing access to GACC's systems, coordinating ACCO training, maintaining ACCO organization charts.

  • Lead interactions with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff, other control function personnel, and the employees and management in all lines of business regarding Anti-Corruption related issues.

  • Coordinate testing plans and activities for Anti-Corruption and Antitrust across the firm leveraging risk assessments and emerging risk.

  • Assist with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries, as required.

  • Support a culture of and emulate high level ethical standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in compliance legal/regulatory or risk positions, anti-corruption experience.

  • Proven success assisting in driving complex projects to completion, including experience in undertaking risk assessments.

  • Ability to identify and leverage large data sets across the firm and translate that into clear business specific requirements.

  • A strong corporate presence to drive partnership with senior stakeholders across Functions to lead large strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

  • Effective and energetic collaborator committed to contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Possess a sense of urgency, proactive, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, excellent analytical, problem solving skills.

  • Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done; highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise findings in a persuasive manner and to tailor communications to the intended audience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools a plus (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx).
