Medicare insurance company is seeking a full-time, bilingual Korean Broker Support Coordinator to join their team ASAP! In this role, you will be tasked with driving a top-notch service experience for our sales teams. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and requests from sales team, including questions to help drive sales productivity or operational hurdles

• Become a trusted source of information for internal sales managers and external field sales brokers

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to all callers

• Manage (verbally and in writing) ongoing service issues with external sales agents from intake through to resolution

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean

• Strong relationship management and customer service experience required

• Preferably, you have experience with Medicare Advantage / Medicare
