Citigroup Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, NJ location.
Duties: Ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Developing large scale customer Loans Commentary applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Python, Angular and Oracle for ad-hoc reports, scorecards, trends and KPIs; Using BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy for code build and deployments; Engineering critical Java / Talend (ETL) based modules for Dynamic File Upload by multiple business teams; Designing auto code optimization with caching mechanism using Ehcache and Hibernate and using JMeter to identify the server-side issues with memory leak, synchronization and applied Ehcache; Designing a complex web application for dynamic business rule authoring and priority-based rule execution using Java, Angular, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Oracle for email notifications with configurable contents, in-app alerts, and RAG determination; and Envisioning and developing web applications using Java, Angular, JSON, and Oracle to configure data sources resulting in a desired dataset. 40 hrs./wk.
