Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role involves overseeing the process of customer credit applications, maintaining client records, and resolving any customer inquiries. This role also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Management and oversight of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain detailed and updated records of customer credit

• Regularly review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging report to keep track of past due balances

• Establish communication with clients regarding unpaid invoices and take necessary actions to secure payment

• Review and assess credit risk, conduct research on delinquent accounts, and coordinate internally for approval on credit holds and increased credit limits

• Take charge of collection efforts

• Utilize SAP and Excel (VLOOKUPS/Pivot Tables) to manage accounting and billing functions

• Reconcile factor’s open Accounts Receivable balance with the open balance per customer

• Ensure daily assignment to factor is reconciled to prevent any invoice from being missed. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Familiarity with Concur software is required

• Strong knowledge of general accounting functions is expected

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must

• Ability to perform billing functions effectively is essential
