We are looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist for one of our financial services clients. Hybrid role in Jersey city, great opportunity for a great company!

Duties:

• Reconcile approximately 900 accounts received from brokerage feeds with employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies between account information and employee records.

• Collect supporting documentation for approximately 450 Managed accounts that exist in the employee pre-trade system, including but not limited to: (Account statements, Trade confirmations and Account opening documents).

• Other relevant financial records

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation for each account, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Communicate with employees to obtain missing documentation or clarify any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reconciliations, including documentation and employee correspondence.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working within Employee Compliance.

• STAR system experience.

• Prior experience conducting account reconciliation within compliance experience.

• Experience supporting documentation of each account.

• System implementation of STAR - any STAR Software experience preferred.
