Job Duties:

· Provide in-home personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

· Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.

· Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and

safe environment.

· Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

· Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to supervisors.

· Assist with medication reminders, per state regulations.

· Follow individualized care plans and uphold company policies and procedures.

Language Requirements:

· Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients, families, and team

members.

· Additional languages, such as Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the community, are

a plus but not required.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or related certification preferred but

Not Required.

· Experience in caregiving, especially with seniors.

· Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care (preferred).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to care.

· Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

· CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

· Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.

Days & Hours of Work:

· Flexible schedules, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

· Part-time and full-time positions available.

· Live-in care opportunities may be offered based on client needs.

Other Special Requirements:

· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
