As a cleaning technician for Castle Services your responsibilities include but are not limited to...Load and unload vehicle for needed daily suppliesCleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens. (Whiping down all cabinetry and dusting.) Dusting of all window sills and all parts of the furniture Operate standard cleaning machines and equipment - canister vacuum cleaner, bucket less mop, broom, small hand tools and high dusters. Use standard cleaning products from our dispenser and office storage Removal of all trash/ recycling Lock and secure homes/ offices and buildings at completion.Perform other related duties as assignedInspections before leaving a jobReporting any vehicle, equipment or tool repairs to managers promptlyRestocking paper products and soup where designated and report supply orders when designated to managerCommunication with managers via phone calls, texting and notes.Report any building care needs to manager Maintaining a clean driving record
